At Fragrance & Fire Candle Co., we strive to make sure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping Rates: Rates are determined by the carrier at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over $35.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Local Delivery: For addresses within 10 miles of our location, we offer local deliveries between 4 and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3 pm will be delivered the same day, as long as the items are in stock.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and securely.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
